Chaselton Avenue

The Neo Classical building with a slate mansard roof nestles perfectly into Chastleton Avenue and allows the north facing courtyards to be drenched in sunlight. This project consisted of two single level apartments over a basement car park. The apartments are accessed by a central stairs and lift.

The building is of solid construction featuring brickwork and rendering to the facade and solid plastering to the masonry walls internally. Floors are primarily European parquetry with carpets to bedrooms, and limestone and travertine stone to floors of en-suites.
