Walsh Street

This building encompasses 3 ultra contemporary apartments. Many architectural features were custom orders, ranging from enormous full height doors, acrylic benches and basins, polished concrete floors to floating fireplaces. Every attention to detail has been considered so as to ensure the unique and timelessness of this design.

All windows and doors are frameless and in some instances electronically operated allowing residents to access 270 degree views of the city and Yarra. With lavish interiors by Portsea Design the apartments have also been wired for C-Bus and all elements from lighting, audio visual mechanical and security are completely integrated. With the terraces remaining on the same level as the internal floor areas and the combination of large frameless glass sections, the apartments allow an effortless transition between indoor and outdoor aspects. Nothing has been compromised in this building of excellence.
