Starting Life in the 1920’s this grand house was originally a fine example of an Arts and Crafts influences Californian bungalow. Little remained of the original building, having been altered and extended several times over the years.
The current renovation by Davies Henderson produced a complete metamorphosis of Georgian classical architecture.
The house feature a double storey void over the family room with Versailles patterned oak parquetry floors throughout. The fastidious attention to detail has produced a modern comfortable home in the grand classical tradition.
