Each townhouse had above ground garaging and being two storey, the bedrooms and ensuites were to the upper level with the living kitchen and laundries on the ground floor. The townhouses whilst compact featured all of the luxury elements found in the mansions of Toorak.
From stone slab work to parquetry flooring, high ceilings and elegant windows doors, and trim created an aura appreciated by all. Whilst compact each townhouse carried their own style and character and have been keenly sought after.
